CERT! Who Are We? We are a Church working in with other Associated Churches and Community groups across wider Auckland. Non -denominational. We are co-ordinating our efforts with other Governmental Organisations , such as Civil Defence. We have acknowledgement from Govt Earthquake Response – Ministry of Social Development, Auckland MPs. What do we do? Match up the needs and referrals we get from our sources with our database of resources, accommodation and support ( pastoral care available) 1. Short term Respite accommodation – Welcome and pickups from Airport – Transport, Accom placement, support. 2. Undecided – Relocating ? 3. Decided – Relocating – Rentals , Billets, Accommodation placements while care and support available for settling in period. What are our hours of operation? Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm( 24/7 service - messages only taken after hours) How much of the money and goods collected goes to the victims? 100%, our administration costs are paid for by outside businesses.
